Variety 100% sangiovese.
Obtained from the first harvest of Sangiovese with a soft pressing and fermentation of the must in steel. Pale pink color, lively hints of white flowers and flavors of red mix berries and sweet cherries. A vibrant and very pleasant wine finely structured.

Serving temperature : 14° - 16° C
Serving suggestions: sushi, fish dishes, aromatic herbs, white meat : turkey, chicken, lamb or pork.

Ottenuto grazie ad una vendemmia anticipata del Sangiovese, il quale effettua una breve sosta sulle bucce per poi esser pressato ed infine fatto fermentare in acciaio. Di un colore rosa cerasuolo, ha note vivaci di fiori bianchi, frutti rossi e ciliegia. Un vino vibrante, finemente strutturato e molto piacevole.
