Aging: Oak , size: 10 HL - 25HL and a refinement for at least 6 months in the bottle. Bright ruby red, pretty intense cherry notes, fine hints of red fruits recalling oak flavor. Finely structured , well balanced with good acidity and rich smoothly tannins. Tasty and persistent. A wine of great pleasantness that evokes our tradition.

Serving suggestions: pasta courses with meat sauces, ribollita, cured cheeses especially pecorino.

Invecchiamento: in botti di capacità 10HL - 25HL di rovere ed affinato in bottiglia per almeno 6 mesi. Di un colore rosso rubino brillante, note intense di frutti rossi unite a sfumature di spezie minerali. Finemente strutturato, buon tannino coniugato a una buona acidità, intenso e persistente.
